Porsche Motorsport North America has announced the selection of three drivers to participate in its 2025 Selected Driver program. The initiative is a component of the Porsche Motorsport Pyramid North America, which aims to support the progression of drivers through various levels of GT and endurance racing. The program offers manufacturer support, increased racing opportunities, and mentorship.

Loek Hartog, Riley Dickinson, and Tom Sargent have been named to the program for the upcoming season. All three were identified through their performances in the Porsche Carrera Cup North America and have since advanced into higher levels of competition within SRO and IMSA.

Hartog, who previously won the Porsche Carrera Cup North America championship, also secured the Cayman GT4 championship in the Porsche Endurance Challenge North America. He was part of the winning team in the inaugural Porsche 992 Endurance Cup 12-hour race at Spa-Francorchamps and claimed a class win at the Indy 8 Hour. Recently, he won a 24-Hour Series race at Spa-Francorchamps with Tempesta Racing. In 2025, Hartog will race in the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup and make his debut at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. He will also compete in the Pirelli GT4 America Championship for ACI Motorsports.

Dickinson, a returning Selected Driver, won the 2023 Porsche Carrera Cup North America championship and competed in the 2024 Michelin Pilot Challenge, where he and teammate Michael McCarthy secured victories at Daytona and Road Atlanta. For 2025, Dickinson will participate in both the Pirelli GT4 America Championship and the Porsche Carrera Cup North America with ACI Motorsports and Kellymoss, respectively.

Sargent, who finished second to Dickinson in the 2023 Carrera Cup North America, moved on to compete in GT World Challenge America, winning at VIRginia International Raceway. He made his IMSA debut in the 2024 Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona, finishing second. For 2025, Sargent will race with GMG Racing in SRO and participate in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship endurance events with Wright Motorsports.

The Porsche Motorsport Pyramid North America outlines a development path from amateur-level instruction to professional competition. It provides cars, personnel, and strategic support tailored to each step of a driver’s progression. The Selected Driver program is intended to help drivers move toward becoming full professional racers within the Porsche ecosystem.
